Asian Barbecue Steak
ASIAN BARBECUE STEAK - 25 minutes
(Marinating time: 6 hours or overnight)

2 beef round sirloin tip side steaks, cut 1" thick (8 oz each)
Marinade:
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1 Tbsp minced fresh ginger

1. Combine marinade ingredients; remove and refrigerate 1/2 cup. Marinate beef steaks in remaining marinade in refrigerator 6 hours or as long as overnight.
2. Remove steaks; discard marinade. Place steaks on grid over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill, covered, 12 to 14 minutes for medium rare doneness, turning once. (Do not overcook.) Carve steaks. Serve with reserved marinade.
